Our Approach

Our approach differs from many companies, as we believe every company is totally different even if it shares a similar sector. Therefore, the first stage in our process is to listen as no two results are the same.

Due to our experience in assessing and producing business plans & sales forecasts, Volume 2 can digest a company’s commercial model and create a Marketing plan that fits the organisations brand, and moreover, its financial aspirations.

All existing sales collateral and marketing material is reviewed as part of a V2 marketing health check. Furthermore, we assess what marketing techniques the company have historically used to generate leads, and how effective these have been.

This process can involve having onsite conversations at ‘C’ level and also with management at operation level. This approach helps to fast track our understanding of core issues, the culture of the organisation, and anything that may have an impact on the overarching Marketing Strategy. Volume 2 have a background in business Transformation; therefore, this procedure is structured in a way that does not impact your business.
